Civilization and connecting to a different Europe

The Castle Gardens in the middle of the city was the place and this originally Castle, all I can see now is a large mound that was once was a centre of civilization and connecting to a different Europe.
     And here a good example of Leicester and Castle is located in the village of the same name, in the English county as we see today in the past years.

So in the picture, here we see part of the Castle Gardens, located in the gardens on the banks of the canal, restaurants and other establishments (facilities) are alive.
